I'm Matthew, I have worked in the construction industry for the last 20 years, and now focus on profitable property deals.

Been in the property industry since October 2024. Learning everything possible about property, from mentors and peers within the industry. This knowledge is now put into action through property trading and partnering with investors to flip properties, paying healthy returns to investors by utilising our trade background and connections to add value, control refurb costs and deliver projects efficiently.

Fixed returns(typically between 10-12%)

Investestments over 12 months(paid back early if project comletes quickly)

*As with any investment, there are risks involved. We do absolutely everything in our power to reduce and navigate these risks, but to be fully transparent, this is property and things can go wrong. But rest assured, we will be there every step of the way to find solutions to achieve the desired outcome. We treat every investors monies as if it were our own, so maximimum due dilligence goes into every deal.
